In over thirty years of operations, Waller has grown from a start-up contractor service to becoming one of western Pennsylvania's largest and most active minority contractors. Our core services include pre-construction, construction, and project management with expertise extending into project design, site planning, and site development. We recently completed a renovation of half the 4th floor in Carnegie Mellon University’s Wean Hall! The project featured extensive concrete demolition, cutting-edge HVAC and electrical upgrades, sound-dampening elements for complete silence, custom casework, and modern glass partitions for a sleek, open feel. All work was done while adjacent spaces remained in use, showcasing Waller’s commitment to detail and respect for students and faculty.
Did you know that not all construction projects start from the ground up? Waller Corporation is proud to have stepped in to complete the North Strabane Township Public Safety Building, featuring both a police department and a fire station. This facility includes offices for each department, a weight room, sleeping quarters, a kitchen, and a massive garage to keep fire trucks ready to roll. From drywall, ceilings, and custom casework to regrading the site, concrete, and paving, we're hard at work bringing this essential facility to life for our community.
