  • As 2024 draws to a close, it’s an ideal time to review, reassess, and refine your paid media strategies for 2025 and beyond. We call it the Three R’s. If you’re not sure where to start, don’t worry. We’ve got three easy ways you can get ahead and plan for a stronger paid media presence in 2025.

    • 3 Paid Media Tips to Take Into the New Year.
    • 1. Eliminate Outdated Messaging: Carefully review all text and display ad copy to remove any outdated information like dates, promotions, or seasonal references still running.
    • 2. Revisit Ad Spend: Check campaign budgets to ensure they are aligned with the changes in seasonal traffic. Look at historical data from previous years to determine appropriate spend levels.
    • 3. Reach Out to Customers: Ask customers to consider writing a Google review for your business. The start of a new year is a great time to connect with customers and the reviews have a major impact on overall campaign performance.
  • This holiday season, we’re supporting Oak City Cares, a public-private partnership in Raleigh that coordinates services for people experiencing homelessness. We’re collecting donations in our office at Venture X Durham-Frontier RTP to bring to their headquarters. They are asking for travel-sized hygiene products, household items like first aid kits and drawstring bags, cleaning supplies, gift cards, and more. Stop by our office to drop off your donations before December 23rd, and we’ll make sure it gets to where it’s needed. • Walk West has a new Senior Copywriter! We’re so excited to welcome Brian Smith to the team. An experienced creative and writer, Brian is highly adept at helping clients figure out their “secret sauce” and finding the golden thread between what they offer and what their clients are after. He always goes the extra mile to create stories and concepts that stand out. When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him spending time with his family, walking his dog Zoey, or watering one of his 40+ houseplants. Learn more about Brian here: https://hubs.la/Q02_4-g20
