We dove deep into the fundamentals of 5S, Visual Management, and One Piece Flow, bringing these concepts to life through hands-on exercises. And to encourage a culture of innovation, we've simplified the process for submitting rationalization suggestions, complete with enticing rewards. Exciting news! 🎉 We're expanding our footprint in India with a new technical center in Kolkata - our 7th in the country! This center further strengthens our capabilities in Android-based infotainment and cockpit software development, focusing on autonomous vehicle solutions, cybersecurity, multimedia & remote projection, and cloud technologies. We're planning to bring aboard 500+ talented engineers over the next few years, tapping into Kolkata's rich engineering talent pool. India continues to be central to our innovation strategy, with over 2,000 team members already driving automotive technology forward across our six existing technical centers. Our Wuhan center specializes in cutting-edge cockpit domain controller solutions and advanced electrification systems, all the way from software to hardware development. With a high-voltage Electrification lab on-site and a talented engineering team, we’re transforming automotive tech for a sustainable, electrified future We've already established successful partnerships with renowned brands like Volvo, Geely, and Lotus. By combining our expertise with their vision, we're bringing innovative solutions to vehicles on the road today.

Inspired by the desire to make a positive impact on our planet, our Michigan team volunteered with Friends of the Rouge to help clean up a rain garden in Plymouth. By removing invasive weeds, checking rain gutter filters, and picking up trash, we helped to improve water quality and protect our environment. We also learned about the importance of urban rain gardens and how they contribute to a healthier ecosystem. 🌱💧
