  • We are thrilled to recognize Youth Coach Samir Ammary for exemplifying all our values with a Fearless Heart. Mr. Sam consistently goes above and beyond, demonstrating exceptional care, compassion, and unwavering dedication to those we serve. When a youth in crisis needed support, he displayed patience and kindness, using drawing and coloring activities to help her refocus. In addition to his dedication, Mr. Sam also stepped in to help a co-worker by running out to grab lunch. While on this errand, his car was hit. Despite this unexpected setback, he returned to work with a meal in hand, ready to continue supporting his team and the youth we serve. Mr. Sam truly embodies the Good Shepherd Values at Vista Maria, leading with a fearless heart and making a difference every day!
