Staying in bed is NOT the vibe for 2025. If you're feeling the aftermath of a memorable (or can't remember) New Year's Eve, our very own Dr. Kevin Barretto has a few hangover hacks to help you reboot. #hangover #hangovercure #hacks

Virtua’s remarkable year with partner Practicing Excellence recently got even better with the presentation of two awards during the latter’s annual CONNECT conference. Virtua received the Center for Excellence Award and emergency room physician Roy Shubert was named Coach of the Year. The CONNECT conference also featured several Virtua leaders. Dr. John Matsinger, chief clinical officer spoke as part of the executive panel on the state of healthcare and future priorities. Other Virtua leaders, including chief marketing officer Chrisie Scott, offered their expertise in a case study about how Practicing Excellence prioritizes reconnecting with purpose.

'Tis the season of giving, and this heartwarming story truly embodies the spirit! The dedicated team at the Mother-Baby Unit of Virtua Voorhees Hospital came together to make a difference by organizing a bake sale and diaper drive. Thanks to their incredible efforts, they raised nearly $2,000 and collected a cart full of diapers, all donated to Virtua’s Center for Women. This generous contribution will provide essential groceries and diapers to families in need this holiday season. Thank you for your heartfelt commitment to supporting our community in such a meaningful way!

Vroom, Vroom. Get ready to rev up your holiday spirit! Our partners at the Joseph Lacroce Foundation spread joy and holiday cheer during their 13th Annual Toy Drive to Virtua Voorhees Hospital! The event kicked off at Caffe Aldo Lamberti, where a caravan of sports and collector cars made their way to Virtua Voorhees Hospital, delivering hundreds of toys for pediatric patients across our organization. Started by Sam Lacroce, founder and president of the foundation, this special tradition is just one of the many ways the Lacroce family gives back to our community. They are also the lead philanthropic partner for Virtua’s Pediatric Mobile Services, helping provide free developmental and health screenings to thousands of children every year since 2018. A great big THANK YOU to the Joseph Lacroce Foundation and all the volunteers who helped bring cheer to our pediatric patients!
