This rebrand initiative began earlier this year following the merge of FCA Management and Bonaventure's property management division, with the ultimate goal of refining our operations, strengthening our culture, and enhancing the ways we serve our clients. At the heart of Vest Residential is the value of resourcefulness, and our team truly brought it to life. Through our GoFundMe campaign, we raised $5,000 to support our employees personally impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. These funds provided direct assistance to help our remarkable team members recover. We’re incredibly grateful to be part of a company where resourcefulness drives both action and compassion.

Our Charlotte teams had a blast coming together for a team-building event that let us unleash our inner artists! 🖌️ From paint splatters to a collective masterpiece, collaboration doesn’t just happen in the office – it thrives on canvas too! 

Our very own Brian Wood, CAM, CAPS joined the panel at the Interface Multifamily Conference yesterday to share his insights on the state of the Carolina’s multifamily markets and forecast for 2025. Their conversation highlighted dynamic changes and valuable perspectives. It was an incredible exchange of knowledge, witnessed by Quinn Bonner! We are looking forward to what 2025 brings!

At Vest Residential, connection is at our core! We’re thrilled to introduce Alexandra Ferraro, our new Vice President of Marketing! Alex joined the Vest Residential team in September and has already made a significant impact, playing a pivotal role in completing our rebrand and redefining our marketing strategy and initiatives.   With a wealth of expertise in multifamily, commercial, and residential real estate marketing, Alex brings a deep well of knowledge to her role. She holds a Master’s degree in Advertising from the University of Texas and her marketing career has yielded over a decade of success in branding, social media, and digital marketing.   Before joining Vest Residential, Alex served as Regional Marketing Director at Camden Property Trust, where she spearheaded efforts that boosted brand visibility, improved occupancy rates, and strengthened customer engagement across Florida’s multifamily market. She also worked as a marketing consultant for Tampa-based retail investment firm, Plaza Advisors, leading a comprehensive brand refresh and redesigning the company’s website and marketing materials. Earlier in her career, Alex played a key role in rebranding initiatives during a company merger while serving as Director of Marketing at Bolt Data.   We’re excited to have Alex’s creativity, leadership, and vision on our team as we continue to grow.
