Yesterday, we hosted another Visit Ver-tech Training Day - this time with a smaller group, but it made for great conversations, hands-on learning, and valuable insights into washing smarter. We love these opportunities to share our knowledge, but even more, we value the chance to listen, learn, and collaborate with our customers. This week, we had the pleasure of hosting another Visit Ver-tech Day. During our plant tour, the manufacturing team prepared a batch, and Denise successfully initiated 2,000 gallons of Thunderbolt—thank you, Denise! Attendees were also able to observe various manufacturing processes firsthand and gained valuable insights into the quality and innovation that takes place in our lab. Our technical team enriched our chemistry training by implementing a more interactive lab session. As chemistry topics were discussed, attendees engaged in practical applications of these concepts in their respective labs. We appreciate the participation of all attendees: Pacific Wash and Wax Supply Camel Express Car Wash, Windtrax, and Nexus Carwash Solutions. If you are interested in participating in an interactive chemistry training session and touring our plant, we have two additional dates scheduled for 2024. As a forward-thinking company, Ver-tech Labs strives to maximize efficiency by incorporating sustainable practices into our operations. Not only do our formulas help #carwashes save water in the field, but in our manufacturing we recycle water as well. After each batch is produced, the tanks used must be cleaned and rinsed. The water utilized for rinsing is collected and categorized for reuse in subsequent batches of the same product. This approach allows us to minimize freshwater consumption with each production cycle. Our records for the year 2023 indicate that nearly 70,000 gallons of rinse water were saved and reused. These efforts demonstrate Ver-tech's commitment to enhancing our processes and conserving valuable natural resources.
