Congrats, Lucas, on joining the #CincoClub 🥳 Over the past five years, Lucas has demonstrated incredible determination and commitment to our Tribe and his restaurant. His leadership has not only inspired his managers but also earned him the appreciation of all team members. Recently, he had the opportunity to train his first MIT, and the results were nothing short of great! It is evident that Lucas and his team are making an impact, and we are truly fortunate to have him leading the team at Galleria. Lucas embodies the spirit of camaraderie and is a true Stand Together type of guy! He is someone you always want in your corner. Whenever someone is in need, Lucas is there without hesitation. He is consistently the first to offer support and always goes above and beyond to help in any way he can. Lucas is also a proud girl dad to two special daughters and is their number one fan! Congratulations to Sebas for joining the #CincoClub! 🥳 He’s a dedicated Tribe member who drives our team forward with a relentless work ethic. Not only does he pursue his own growth, but he also supports those around him which makes our Tribe better. This year, Sebas embraced new challenges, bridging the gap between the Heart of House and learning Counter Server responsibilities. He’s been a huge asset in assisting guests, delivering food, and upholding our high standards of hospitality. Guests even know him by name!
