What does it mean to be a Guardian? 🤔 STARCOM's Master Sgt. Nicholas Reardon moderated a compelling panel discussion on Guardian identity at this week's Space Power Conference. The panel featured junior Guardians, who have only ever served in the United States Space Force, sharing why they joined, why they serve, and their unique perspectives on shaping the culture of our nation’s newest military branch. #PrepareEveryGuardian | #SemperSupra | #SpacepowerConference2024

STARCOM personnel hosted a speed mentoring session at the Spacepower Conference, advancing Department of the Air Force coaching initiatives. Organized by Lt. Col. Maria Quinn and Master Sgt. Maria Seyborne, the session connected junior military and civilian Guardians with educators like Jennifer Saltzman, spouse of Chief of Space Operations Gen. Chance Saltzman, and Cathy Bentivegna, spouse of Chief Master Sergeant of the Space Force John Bentivegna. Guardians gained valuable connections and goal-setting guidance to support their personal and professional growth. #PrepareEveryGuardian | #SemperSupra | #SpacepowerConference2024 | United States Space Force
