About us
TRADOC recruits, trains, and educates Soldiers, develops leaders, supports training in units, develops doctrine, establishes standards, and builds the U.S. Army by developing and integrating operational and functional concepts and organizational designs for the fielded force. TRADOC is a learning organization that evolves and adapts. When we say "Victory Starts Here," it means something. It's more than a hashtag. It's the training, maintaining, teamwork, morale and discipline we put in place to develop young people into Army professionals. TRADOC is about people and preparing them to be ready to win on any battlefield. Nobody in the world develops people or builds Soldiers for Life as well as TRADOC.

#SafetyFirstFriday Carbon monoxide (CO) is an odorless, colorless gas that kills without warning. It claims the lives of hundreds of people every year and makes thousands more ill. CO is found in fumes produced any time you burn fuel in cars or trucks, small engines, stoves, lanterns, grills, fireplaces, gas ranges, or furnaces. CO can build up indoors and poison people and animals who breathe it; however, you can reduce your risk of CO poisoning with a few small steps. Visit the following website to learn how to protect you and your family from the dangers of CO: www.cdc.gov/co US Army

Each year during holiday block leave, hundreds of Basic Combat Training trainees leave to spend the holidays with their families. However, for some, returning home is not an option. The Adopt-A-Soldier program offers these trainees a unique and heartwarming alternative. The Adopt-A-Soldier program connects trainees with local active duty, reserve, National Guard, retiree and Department of the Army civilian families. On Christmas Day, these families host a "battle buddy team" of two to four trainees. #VictoryStartsHere #BeAllYouCanBe US Army | Fires Center of Excellence and Fort Sill
