2024 was an exceptional year for Urban Edge. Following are some highlights as we kickoff 2025. 🎉 Acquired three new properties, Heritage Square, Ledgewood Commons, and The Village at Waugh Chapel 🎉 Completed a successful brand refresh that includes a new and improved uedge.com 🎉 Executed leases with brands like TJX, Cava, Starbucks, Ugly Dumpling and Ethan Allen, demonstrating that the demand for open-air shopping centers is strong. 🎉 New anchor tenants in our portfolio such as Bobs Discount Furniture, Aldi and Food Bazaar 🎉 Opened new stores across the portfolio, including Bingo Wholesale, TJ Maxx, Crumbl, Ethan Allen and Bluestone Lane 🎉 Voted one of the “Best Places to Work” in New Jersey by NJBIZ for the third year in a row. 🎉 Made a positive impact on the communities we serve through partnerships with local organizations such as Rap4Bronx and Grassroot Grocery, employee volunteer hours and donations. Our investments team continues to execute on our strategic capital recycling initiatives, having completed approximately $352 million worth of accretive acquisitions and dispositions combined in 2024. Totaling approximately $243 million of value and 916,000 square feet, the acquisitions of Heritage Square, The Shops at Ledgewood Commons, and Village at Waugh Chapel have strengthened UE’s presence in our core New Jersey and Washington DC markets.
