Formed in 2000, the Upstate South Carolina Alliance is a regional economic development organization whose mission is to position Upstate SC to excel in the global economy through strategic marketing, collaboration, and thought leadership. Our work is made possible through support from more than 180 public and private sector partners who share a vision of enhancing the prosperity and quality of life for the 10-county Upstate. Counties represented include: Abbeville, Anderson, Cherokee, Greenville, Greenwood, Laurens, Oconee, Pickens, Spartanburg, and Union.
