Each year since 2013, Tyler team members across the Maine offices have collected in-kind donations to benefit Preble Street, a nonprofit organization in Portland, Maine, that provides accessible, barrier-free services to empower people experiencing homelessness, housing instability, hunger, and poverty. With the donations collected this year, total donations to Preble Street over the past 12 years have officially surpassed 100,000 items! "Already, many of the items have made their way to programs that need them most," said Preble Street Volunteer Program Manager Elisa Fleig. "The Florence House women’s shelter, our Anti-Trafficking team, several street outreach teams, the teen shelter, and other programs have all benefited from your kindness. The timing couldn’t have been better—requests for socks, underwear, and hand warmers have been pouring in, and it’s been difficult to meet the demand. Knowing these essential items are in the hands of those who need them most is such a relief. On behalf of everyone at Preble Street and the individuals we serve, thank you for making such a meaningful impact. Your efforts truly make a difference!"
