Some people ask “Why ‘twrk’?” or “How did you come up with the name?”… 🚨 I was in a red light machine. That is it. It felt like one of those near-magical moments where everything just made sense. ✨ I wish I could chalk this story up to intelligence or some sort of very intentional process. But the fact is that the name came to me when there was no context for it whatsoever. It’s like it revealed itself. And, when it came to me, I realized, “That’s it. That’s the name of the company.” For some reason, it made sense to me. There was 0% doubt. 👉The fact that it’s a double entendre is a complete (happy) accident. ❤️ The fact that this happened so effortlessly is what makes me in love with the story of our company’s name. No hype. No stress. 😳 Apparently, there are too many interviewees appearing on their video interviews all jacked-up looking. This isn't great, people. It's better for you not to appear on video at all than for you to be half-dressed with cat hair hanging from your ear. 💯 But, if there is a video interview scheduled, the ideal situation is: ✅ You'll show up on video (it is expected that you will unless you're sick); ✅ You'll look like you're taking it seriously by being dressed and groomed appropriately; ✅ You won't be in the dark. 💡 We hate to even have to say this stuff out loud, but these are common complaints that we hear ALL the time.
