    We hosted a fireside chat yesterday with heatmap Digioh and Intelligems reflecting on BFCM and thinking about where to focus for 2025 🔥 I think there were a few really cool insights that come out of it for me (and I was busy moderating the whole thing so I'm sure the audience got even more insights! 💡) Here's what top of mind for me coming out of this session... 1. Offer exclusive access to new product drop to VIP customers using Klaviyo website personalization on site 2. Offer dynamic free shipping stepper on the PDP 3. Show shipping cut offs on PDP based on geolocation - focus above the fold! 4. FAQ sections are extremely underutilized and huge opportunities for CVR! I pulled a few visual examples and added them below if you want to check em out. Hopefully will help bring some of these to life for anyone who attended or even for anyone who missed it. Badges are a HUGE opportunity to guide customers and boost sales from your collection page. But it's time to use dynamic badges.
