Performance workwear designed for the people who Werk Wonders.

About us

TRUEWERK began with the belief that we could uplift today’s trade professionals by creating the highest-performing workwear in the world and celebrating the people who Werk Wonders in it. Inspired by the systems used by elite military personnel and professional mountain guides, we optimized technical fits and emerging fabric technology and applied them to the modern job site. TRUEWERK was founded in 2015 by Brian Ciciora on a simple but strong conviction that business should be a platform for advancing humanity, not just profiting from it. We carry our mission to provide trade professionals with the ultimate tools to solve challenges for their communities and beyond. And by celebrating each pro’s win along the way, we can create a community that’s truly in awe of true work.

  • We’re honored to inspire innovation across industries 💪

WHAT WOULD TRUEWERK DO? I’ve always been inspired by companies that take something familiar—an established industry or product—and completely rethink it to make it better. An unexpected favorite of mine is TRUEWERK. They took the traditional workwear industry, with all its long-standing norms, and flipped the script. By borrowing ideas from athletic and outdoor gear, they redefined what workwear could be—more comfortable, functional, and performance-driven. This kind of thinking really speaks to what we do at SENTIER. In life sciences analytics, it’s easy to fall back on the same approaches because “that’s how it’s always been done.” But we take a different path. Like Truewerk, we borrow ideas from outside our industry—things like advanced AI from tech, precision and scale from finance, and customer-first strategies from CPG and companies like Amazon. By applying these concepts to life sciences, we help our clients move beyond “good enough” to achieve orchestrated, transformative outcomes. The best innovations often come from looking beyond your own industry. Here’s to a 2025 filled with innovation, fresh ideas, and the drive to keep improving. Ps. The Truewerk Woobie Jacket is a great last minute gift. Even if the recipient never operates heavy machinery and only wears it to walk the dog in the morning. #Innovation #PharmaAnalytics #LifeSciences #DigitalTransformation #DataDrivenInsights #MarketingOptimization #HealthcareInnovation #PredictiveAnalytics #CustomerEngagement #TransformativeOutcomes

    Problem Solver

I’m at a point in life where I appreciate quality products, when I find one - I stick with it. Yesterday I filled my Stihl chainsaw up with gas and bar and chain oil, but I misjudged the oil level and filled it to overflowing. It’s not the first time I’ve done this, but I was too lazy to go get a rag and wipe up the excess oil. I flipped the saw upright, and immediately saw oil on my left boot. It’ll give my Ariat boots a ‘worked in’ look…no problem. About a minute later, I saw the rest of the oil dripping down the left thigh of my brand new TRUEWERK T2 work pants. I just ruined a pair of pricey work pants. This pair of pants will join the cadre of Carhartt pants I’ve spilled oil on, gotten grease on, or brushed up against wet paint with. I continued with my work, cut down the tree that needed to be cut down and dug out its stump with the backhoe, getting dirtier as the afternoon went on. I went inside and announced to my wife that I’d managed to ruin yet another set of pants, relegating them to the growing pile of ‘only wear when working around the house’ pants in my collection. I tossed them in the washing machine with my other dirty laundry, then the dryer, and when I pulled them out to fold - NO OIL STAIN! In fact they looked like I’d just pulled them out of the monster zip-lock bag that Truewerk products ship in. From experience (lots of it) I know that this incident would have ruined my other favorite brands of pants - Carhartt and Kuhl. They are also some of the most comfortable pants I’ve ever worn. They make several versions based upon temperature: T1s are lightweight (I don’t own any yet), T2s are mid-weight and wind proof (comfortable between about 40-60 degrees), and T3s which are lined (cold weather). TRUEWERK doesn’t know me, they don’t pay me, I paid $89 for this pair of pants out of my own pocket, but I’m now a Truewerk fan for life! #Truewerk #TruewerkT2 #TruewerkT3
