✨Job Spotlight✨ Name: 339 3rd Street Location: Excelsior, MN Start Date: 4/15/2024 Triple E has been part of this project since the design stage in 2022 and excited to begin the work spring of 2024. Being so close to Lake Minnetonka, the site requires multiple stormwater management and treatment systems. It is essential that the small site has daily communication and coordination with other trades. We are so proud of the work our crew does every day here to ensure that the work is done safely and efficiently, all while keeping open communication with businesses and residents regarding any impact it may have on them.

✨Employee Spotlight: Terra Ridgeway✨ Terra is our project coordinator and has been working with us for a year. She is excited to work on the upcoming lead line projects. She enjoys working for Triple E because everyone on the team is like a family, there is always something new when she comes to work, and she loves seeing everything that goes into utilities because it is something she never thought about before going into the industry. We are so grateful to have Terra as a part of our team!

His favorite job to be at is any drill job because there is always something new. He enjoys working for Triple E because of his coworkers and as a yard manager and truck driver there is always always something different which makes every day working fun.
