CHDC along with our fabulous development team broke ground on 45-units of housing in Golden Valley. Cornerstone Creek is an innovative supportive housing model for adults with developmental disabilities. Construction is expected to be completed in early 2017.

Trellis Co. (formerly Community Housing Development Corporation) provides stability for people and communities as a nonprofit developer and owner of affordable housing. Our passion is to serve as a vehicle for organizations and communities seeking to create affordable housing. We bring the expertise needed to conceptualize, create, and execute beautiful, dignified housing that provides long-term stability for people earning lower incomes. Our 50 properties, totaling 4,500 units of housing, are primarily located in the Twin Cities, with a few in Greater Minnesota. Nearly all Trellis properties are managed by our internal property management team, ensuring that properties are sustained as long-term community assets.
