Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Older Neighbors CARE-A-Van! 🚎 💛 We kicked off the day with a press conference at our Main Distribution Center, shining a light on the urgent issue of senior hunger. Then, with the support of our incredible partners, volunteers, and the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office, we hit the road to deliver over 3,000 boxes of nutritious food to seniors and older adults across 22 sites in Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, and Okeechobee counties. A special thank you to the Veterans of Foreign Wars - @Westside VFW Post 8058 for their generous $1,000 donation in support of our older neighbors. Your generosity will go a long way in helping us end senior hunger and support older adults in our community. We’re also grateful for the support of our community partners!
