Although apartments, it feels more like living in a townhome between the floor plans, private entrances, and landscape. The office staff has been very kind and supportive to both myself and my family, and they always have a sucker or dog bone to hand out! I haven’t had to interact with maintenance, as everything in my apartment has been perfect since moving in. It’s also nice that they do little extras for the families that live here, such as an egg hunt, or breakfast, or Mother’s Day treat. Last week, the Accounting Department took a field trip to the western suburbs to see some of our properties and site teams in-person. We had a blast getting to spend quality time together and showing off some our awesome apartments at Iroquois Club, Arbors of Glen Ellyn and Prairie Winds. The best part was pulling back the email/chat/call veil and connecting with our hard-working team.
