💙 Why I Founded Titan Intake 💙 Every founder and every healthcare professional has their "why" and it's an honor to share mine. I learned that our healthcare system relies on inefficient, manual workflows the difficult way. Learn more about my "why" in this short interview: https://buff.ly/3BoRjLn Thank you to Lynn Loacker and the amazing team at Project W and Davis Wright Tremaine LLP for helping to share my story and those of other amazing women.

On a mission to help 100 million patients get access to better and quicker care. Making all health data liquid. Co-founder @ Titan Intake.

My ride-or-die cofounder, Rachel, absolutely crushed our pitch at the Plug and Play Tech Center Healthcare Summit last week. 🙌 In the day-to-day grind of building a startup—the relentless execution, the constant push forward—it’s easy to forget to take a moment and reflect on how far you’ve come. This event was a reminder of just how much we’ve accomplished at Titan in the last two years. It also reminded me how grateful I am for my amazing cofounders. Rachel embodies Titan’s mission to transform the patient experience every single day. She’s not just a rockstar; she’s one of the toughest, most talented, and fiercely intelligent people I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. Moments like this make me even more excited for what’s ahead. #StartUpLife #HealthcareInnovation #CoFounderAppreciation #TitanJourney #PlugAndPlay

  • Our co-founder and leader Rachel Brown truly embodies our mission-driven culture here at Titan 💙

My family's experience with the inefficiencies in healthcare set me on a path to solve this problem through Titan Intake. However, Titan Intake wasn't the first company I'd founded to solve a problem that was personal to me. In 2018 I lost my cousin to suicide. I coped with the sudden loss by obsessing over how to help others who were suffering with mental illness. The result was my first company, Strides.

  • Wise words from Titan's CEO Patrick Bruce on how health systems can start capturing the value AI without putting patients at risk.

Before AI takes on clinical roles, let’s focus on the back office. Healthcare AI has massive potential, but with the risk of hallucinations and randomness, patient-facing tasks are risky places to start. Back-office and administrative workflows, however, are prime candidates for AI transformation. Think about areas like billing, scheduling, and claims processing—these tasks are critical, but mistakes here don’t carry the same life-or-death stakes as errors in patient care. Starting in the back office allows AI to prove its value while vendors fine-tune accuracy and reliability in lower-risk environments. For healthcare leaders, the message is clear: Test AI where it’s safe, scale where it’s proven. #HealthcareAI #DigitalHealth #BackOfficeAutomation #PatientSafety #AIImplementation

  • Your mother, and people like her, are the true heroes of healthcare Rachel Brown

My after school routine for many years was to hang out at a hospital. While my mom helped people re-learn to speak, eat, and drink after a stroke, I played with the stretchy bands and exercise balls on the rehab floor. Looking back, this was really my first introduction to how healthcare works. I was (and still am) always asking my mom questions. "How do patients end up being seen by you and not someone else?" "Why do some people stay longer?" "What happens when they leave the rehab floor?" No surprise, the more answers I get the more questions I want to ask!

  • "How do we reduce time chasing referrals?" "How can we decrease the number of incomplete or inaccurate referrals we receive?" "Can we improve our process without burdening referring physicians or our patients?" With increasing patient volumes and complex healthcare needs, specialty clinics face challenging referral management questions. Enter Titan Intake. Our platform automatically extracts all patient data and integrates seamlessly with your EMR, so you can focus on what matters: your patients. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gxau8WuX
