Last week, #3Roots hosted an impactful discussion to tackle the growing challenges of affordable and accessible childcare. The Three Roots team led discussions on filling the gap through capital investment while providing stronger support for the community. There is a significant gap in the workforce and a clear need for support systems that help families make ends meet for the right reasons. Community stakeholders came together to discuss: ✅ Strategies to make early childcare more affordable and accessible ✅ Opportunities to provide support and wrap-around services for childcare facilities ✅ Ways to increase and scale childcare facilities to meet growing demand "Collaboration is key," said founder and CEO Grady Vanderhoofven. Attendees emphasized that affordable childcare is "a workforce problem today and will be tomorrow." Our team is eager to create solutions that support families, strengthen communities, and shape a brighter future.
