    👉An example of a recent unit renovation (completed 4/21). For anyone new to this - This is a "C" class asset. While it doesn't have granite counter tops or stainless appliances, these units produce tremendous cashflow and allow us to create huge upside returns with minimal cost. 💲💲These selective upgrades cost us $5k - $7k per unit and are allowing us to achieve $300-$350 rent bumps adding millions in value to our properties. Our investors are going to do well when we sell this asset next year.
