Law firm leasing activity in Q1 of 2024 trailed that activity during the same period in 2023 and 2022." Law firms remain healthy and optimistic as the 2nd half of 2024 is upon us. It will be interesting to monitor where the economy heads during this time and what affect, if any, it will have on continued law firm growth.
