Oren and Tal Alexander kicked off 2024 at the top of a booming business. Official Partners was thriving with the high-end clients the brothers developed a reputation for courting in the ultra-luxury residential game in Miami, New York City and beyond. But then in June, The Real Deal first reported a pair of lawsuits by women accusing Oren and his twin brother, Alon, of rape. In the six months since, similar allegations have surfaced from women alleging attacks by one or more of the brothers, including eldest brother Tal, across roughly 20 years — many of which the Alexanders managed to previously silence, according to lawsuits, reporting and allegations by prosecutors in a federal sex trafficking case. But this time is different for the Alexanders, who spent over a decade crafting an image of luxury and wealth, but have seen their empire crumble amidst the wave of disturbing allegations. At the link, take a look back at how the Alexanders fell from the top of luxury RE to land in lock up. ✍️: Katherine Kallergis, Sheridan Wall, Ellen Cranley
