Building teams in NOT for the faint of heart. Recently, my team expressed wanting more growth and learning opportunities. I wholeheartedly believe in investing in yourself first because knowing yourself empowers you to work more effectively. By understanding ourselves better, we can thrive as a team and navigate challenges with confidence. I took the Kolbe years ago, and while it doesn't fix everything, it helps gives us a way to move forward.
