Last week, I attended The Dot Twin Cities: Trailblazers & Changemakers: Women in Leadership panel discussion, and I left feeling inspired and empowered. The event emphasized the importance of building community, lifting each other up, and challenging ourselves to break barriers. Here are my top five takeaways: 1. Be your own advocate and use your voice. 2. Surround yourself with people who inspire growth, and never stop learning. 3. Try, learn, analyze, repeat — growth comes through action. 4. Women supporting women is essential. Lift each other up and build community. 5. Be thoughtful with your choices. Every “yes” is a “no” to something else. This event reminded me of the power of community and the importance of showing up authentically, not only for ourselves but for those around us. Thank you to the energetic panelists — Kalyn Hove, Nancy Korsah, and Tricia Mason Dege — for sharing your stories and wisdom. #WomenSupportingWomen
