A house built with heart! 🏠✨ We proudly celebrated the sale of our Community Giving House at McCormick Trails yesterday. This special home was built for the benefit of charity, with the incredible support of our trade partners, team, and buyers, who all play a key role in making this impact possible. Together, we made a difference by donating the proceeds to three inspiring local organizations: 🤝 The Coffee Oasis – A community-focused nonprofit changing the world for homeless and at-risk youth through resources like job training, housing, and mentoring. 🏡 Kitsap Homes of Compassion – Providing safe, affordable, and supportive housing to those experiencing homelessness, helping rebuild lives with dignity and care. 🌾 South Kitsap Helpline – A vital food bank and resource center dedicated to fighting hunger and supporting families in need throughout our local community. Since 2014, 17 Giving Homes have been built, raising over $800,000 to strengthen our local communities. This is what happens when we build not just homes, but hope. 💙
