Meet Cheryl, our Lead Therapist! She has 18 years of experience working with individuals of all ages facing mental health challenges, including severe mental illness, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and behavioral issues. She’s served as an IOP facilitator, marriage and family therapist, and community-based therapist. Cheryl specializes in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and diverse communication needs. Her therapeutic approaches include CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and behavioral therapy. She holds a bachelor’s from Knoxville College and a master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Lincoln Memorial University.
