✨ Spreading Holiday Cheer: How One TRPC Leader Gives Back ✨ Meet Jeff Poling, our Director of Wealth Advisory Services. Since 2007, Jeff has been a dedicated volunteer at Empower Me Center, a Nashville-based organization providing year-round opportunities and inclusive events for individuals with disabilities. Jeff’s journey with Empower Me began unexpectedly—an extra ticket to an event during his college years at Cumberland University. Invited by his close friend and trainer, Danny Rogers, Jeff was drawn in by the promise of free food and good company. Little did he know that night would change his life forever. At the event, Jeff heard Gabby, a participant, share her story about the profound impact Empower Me had on her life. "You could have heard a pin drop," Jeff recalls. "Right after she finished, I knew I had to get involved." Since then, Jeff’s role has evolved from small tasks to leading beloved traditions like playing Santa at the organization’s Christmas Camp. Each year, children are welcomed by Santa, elves, and holiday cheer, picking out gifts and creating unforgettable memories. During the pandemic, Jeff and the Empower Me team delivered gifts to kids’ homes, spreading much-needed joy in the face of challenging times. For Jeff, the connections and moments of shared joy mean the most. "Seeing the smiles on the kids' faces—and their parents’ reactions—feels like witnessing a real-life miracle," he says. Being part of Empower Me has shaped Jeff’s life, teaching him the power of community and the importance of giving back.
