Through the generosity of the Birmingham Foundation, Promise Coaches will strengthen economic mobility for pregnant and parenting teens as they create and implement individualized post-secondary plans. A giant shout-out to @Oxford_Pgh for supporting Walk for One Promise with a 4 mile roundtrip trek between their offices in the Strip District and the Point. This ambitious crew raised $12,000 for Promise Scholarships with Pittsburgh Promise Chair and Oxford Board Chair Anne Lewis at the helm. Thank you, Oxford, for your ongoing efforts to help Pittsburgh's youth transition from high school, to post-secondary education, and great careers!
