Let’s Talk About Grief in the Nutrition Support Community! Grief manifests in many ways within our community. It can look so different when you’re living with or caring for someone with complex medical needs. The holiday season can bring out these feelings even more, as it’s often a time of reflection, change, and heightened emotions. It can sneak in when you’re overwhelmed with new diagnoses, treatments, or equipment. It can linger as you adjust to a “new normal” that’s anything but normal. And it’s often ongoing, tied to the uncertainty and stress that come with managing a chronic condition. If you’ve felt this kind of grief, please know you’re not alone.
