The Maybourne Beverly Hills celebrated our incredible colleagues at the 2024 Long Service Awards, recognizing their outstanding contributions over 5, 10, and 15 years of service. We recognized a total of 290 years of collective dedication, an amazing milestone that truly reflects the heart and soul of our organization! Guided by the Maybourne Mindset, these colleagues continue to put people at their hearts, stay two steps ahead, and make the magic happen. From those just starting their journeys with us to the seasoned experts who’ve dedicated decades, each of them played a vital role in shaping our hotel’s success and culture! Gratitude is best shared, and as we approach Thanksgiving, our team at Maybourne Beverly Hills took a moment to give back to our community. This week, we volunteered at Our Big Kitchen Los Angeles, where we prepared, cooked, and packaged meals, including scratch-made gnocchi and fresh vegetables. Through this experience, we learned about OBKLA’s impactful mission and were humbled to know that our time contributed to providing fresh meals for hundreds of people in need across the city. The Maybourne Beverly Hills had a fantastic, spooky Halloween celebration! From a fun Pumpkin Carving Contest to an Office Decorating Competition, where Housekeeping turned their space into a haunted maze, our team went all out! Colleagues also got to trick-or-treat through different departments, each with unique decorations. It was a day full of fun, teamwork, and Halloween spirit! This October, The Maybourne Beverly Hills joined together to raise awareness and show support through a series of heartfelt events. We began by joining the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk in Santa Monica, where our incredible team was honored with the Hotel Team Challenge Award for top fundraising and participation! We continued the month with a “Pink Spirit Day,” where colleagues wore pink in solidarity, and enjoyed a special welcome table with pink donuts and pink lemonade for everyone to share. At Maybourne, we actively engage with and support the community around us in positive ways.   This past weekend, The Maybourne Beverly Hills team came together for the Alive Together: Uniting to Prevent Suicide 5k Walk/Run, benefiting Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services Suicide Prevention Center. Together we achieved 132% of our donation goal, a powerful reminder of the strength we share as a team and the difference we can make when we unite for a cause. 🎲 Maybourne Royale: Colleague Summer Soiree 🎲 Earlier this September, we celebrated The Maybourne Beverly Hills team with a casino-themed night of fun, featuring a lavish buffet, exciting table games, magical entertainment from Jeff Black of the Magic Castle, and amazing raffle prizes! Today we had the honor of volunteering at Los Angeles Regional Food Bank by assisting with sorting and packaging food donations, which will be distributed to families in need throughout the Los Angeles area.
