This prestigious accolade is a testament to an unwavering commitment to excellence, exceptional service, and the contributions I’ve made during my 13-year journey in luxury hospitality. This milestone is not only a personal achievement but a proud moment for our entire resort team. I am truly grateful to represent such an iconic and unmatched luxury resort, and I thank The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas for entrusting me with this privilege. This celebration became even more meaningful as I had the pleasure of standing alongside my esteemed client and dear friend, Ed Cassin, Senior Travel Director, Chicago White Sox who was also recognized this week as MLB Travel Director of the Year. Ed’s well-deserved honor was a true highlight of the evening and in his 35-year journey with MLB.
