I've attended the CARW & NAIOP Market Update many times, always just a number in the crowd, seeing only the backs of people's heads. I've admired the presenters and eagerly anticipated their insights and predictions. This year, I was fortunate enough to be on stage, presenting and seeing everyone's faces from the other side.
