The Texas Water Infrastructure Network (TXWIN) is a 501(C)(6) trade association based in Austin, Texas that works directly with the Texas Legislature, funding and regulatory agencies, political subdivisions, and other industry groups to represent and promote the interests of all Texas businesses involved in Texas water construction markets. The Texas Water Infrastructure Network (TXWIN) is a member driven organization that promotes the interests of Texas companies involved in all aspects of Texas water construction markets. the only statewide industry association solely dedicated to issues related to water infrastructure construction in Texas. TXWIN was founded by a group of like-minded Texas general contractors specializing in the construction of water infrastructure to serve as a voice for the industry on regulatory and legislative issues that impact the development of water infrastructure markets in Texas. Well done Garney Construction ! Our Texas Water Infrastructure Network (TXWIN) members are building the future of Texas water.
The City of Odessa water treatment plant in Texas needed a comprehensive upgrade to ensure reliable and efficient water treatment for the community. Garney modernized the plant by replacing aging infrastructure and streamlining operations with cutting-edge technology, including a new SCADA system.
