This is a moment every founder dreams of. Synco—the centralized communication platform purpose-built for property management—started as an idea in 2020 when William Evick, Ross Goldenberg, John Bonds and I set out to tackle one of the industry’s most persistent challenges: disorganized, fragmented communication that slows decision-making, disrupts operations, and hinders teams from doing their best work. But it was in 2022, when we secured funding and began building our beta platform, that Synco truly started to take shape. By the summer of 2023, thanks to invaluable feedback from beta testers and the dedication of our incredible team, Synco officially launched for multifamily operators. The response was remarkable: in just a few months, teams using Synco have sent over 750,000 messages and shared more than 250,000 photos, videos, and documents, underscoring the critical need for a communication solution tailored to the complexities of property management. Today, I’m thrilled to announce the launch of Synco 2.0—a completely redesigned platform built around the real-world needs of property management teams. This new version takes the features teams already know and love and makes them faster, easier to use, and even more powerful. Why does Synco matter so much? Property management teams face overwhelming message volumes armed with fragmented and generic communication tools misaligned with their business, resulting in disorganized operations, disconnected on-site teams, and costly turnover. Synco solves these challenges by providing a centralized platform designed specifically for property management and integrated with the ecosystem. Synco transforms communication into a driver of efficiency, engagement, and better outcomes for teams and residents alike.
