We broke ground at EastPort Logistics, a multi-phase industrial development in Boise, Idaho, with our joint venture partner One Investment Management! The project, delivered in two phases, will feature over one million sq. ft. of Class A logistics space designed to meet the growing demand in South Boise. Upon full build out, EastPort Logistics will include seven buildings equipped with 1,300+ car parking spaces, 168 trailer parking spaces and 196 dock doors. #TeamTBC executives and employees, local dignitaries and more celebrated the company's newest tire distribution center in Nampa, Idaho, with networking, refreshments, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony. With nearly 30,000 tire units, including a wide assortment of agricultural tires and top products from leading tire brands, this location will enable the company to provide faster deliveries and more efficient service to customers across Idaho and eastern Oregon to help their businesses thrive. NAIOP Idaho Industrial Bus Tour was a hit today. We had 35 individuals on the tour with various backgrounds and roles, from developers, contractors, title companies, lenders, utility provider, and brokers. We toured Flint Development Red River Logistics, a 900k sf speculative development that is the largest spec building developed in Idaho, Black Marker Gelato’s production facility, sampled their delicious gelato, and LDK Ventures Madison Logistics Center project, along with several other drive by industrial projects in the Treasure Valley that are being developed by Adler Industrial, LLC, Sawtooth Development Group, and Bow River Capital. This groundbreaking is a powerful testament to your commitment to growing and evolving alongside Boise. This impressive 109,000-square-foot space, set just across from the Y’s home of over 50 years, is designed to enrich the community with an array of essential resources: a teaching kitchen, mindfulness studio, child development center, expanded locker rooms, and even co-working spaces. As YMCA CEO David Duro shared with KIVI-TV Boise News, "This new center provides critical services, including expanded childcare and programs in mental, physical, and financial health."
