We wrapped up the year with an unforgettable holiday party at Club75 in Rockefeller. 🎄 Guests enjoyed tarot readings by Tawn, mind-blowing magic from Alex, live music by One Love Music, and a DIY bouquet bar by Tender Florist. Michelin-starred Chef Camila (via Resident Hospitality) delivered an incredible dining experience, all set against the iconic backdrop of the Rockefeller Christmas Tree. We’re so grateful for our team’s hard work and the chance to celebrate together with moments like these. Cheers to a successful year and an even brighter 2025 at Thesis! 🥂

Birthdays are a special way we celebrate the people who make our team exceptional. Recently, Dan Freed turned the tables after his own roast by surprising our Head of Talent, Rob Nix, with a comedian to deliver some playful jabs on his birthday. Moments like these reflect our commitment to fostering a culture where humor and camaraderie thrive, while recognizing the contributions of every team member. Nothing brightens the office like a little post-Thanksgiving cheer from our four-legged friends!  This week, we returned from the holiday break with wagging tails and smiling faces, reminding us of the joy our dog-friendly office culture brings. Last week we gathered for our first ever Thesis-Giving, a potluck celebration filled with incredible dishes and great company. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together, share traditions, and enjoy the creativity and effort everyone brought to the table. With Q4 being our busiest season at Thesis, the pressure on our team skyrockets. So what better way to blow off steam than by hosting our first-ever Thesis Rage? 💥 Last Friday, we grabbed our safety goggles and took our frustrations out on every old vase, ceramic, and busted printer we could find. Nothing says “we’re ready for 2025” like obliterating office relics! We smashed, we laughed, we reset—and now we’re back, recharged and ready to take on the new year!

Recently, I had the privilege of representing Thesis at SupplySide West. The energy and positivity across the industry left me feeling inspired. Here are a few of my top highlights: 🤝 Building Connections: Connecting with existing and prospective partners, reconnecting with former colleagues, and meeting new faces in the industry underscored our shared commitment to advancing the natural products and supplement industry. It’s a great reminder of the power of community, even in a professional setting. 🎆 Celebrating Diwali: The Diwali event brought an incredible, cultural touch to the conference. With delicious food, Bollywood dancers, and henna, it felt like a celebration of home within a global community. 💊 Spotlight on Probiotics: The growth of the gut health category was clear, with several booths showcasing innovative probiotic strains backed by clinical data. A visit to the International Probiotics Association’s booth confirmed my sense that demand for scientifically validated gut health solutions will only grow. And to top it all off—a probiotic-themed comedy show! It was a memorable, lighthearted way to close out the conference. #supplysidewest2024 #supplements
