Meet Our Swooner | Marzena, HR Generalist II Where do you call home? Chicago, Illinois How long have you been with Swoon? Almost 7 years! What does your day-to-day look like? "It's a rewarding mix of helping contractors feel supported, addressing concerns, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for them and the organization." Why do you Swoon? “I “Swoon” because working in HR allows me to make a real difference in people’s lives. I’m driven by the opportunity to support individuals through their career journeys, from helping them find the right fit to guiding them through challenges. It’s incredibly rewarding to create an environment where people feel valued, heard, and empowered to reach their full potential. Every day brings the chance to positively impact someone’s career, and that’s what makes HR so fulfilling to me!” What do you like to do outside of work? "Outside of work, I'm a co-captain for my daughter's Girl Scout troop, which is a rewarding experience that allows me to be involved in her activities and help guide the next generation. We’re so honored to support Point of Pride, an organization providing financial aid and direct support to trans folks in need of health and wellness care. Our Pride at Swoon DEI group recently wrote letters of encouragement to be included in care packages, spreading love and solidarity. Check out Mark’s post to learn more about this initiative!
✨ Our Pride at Swoon Employee Resource Group (and our families) gathered to participate in a heartwarming initiative that truly reflects the values of compassion, support, and community. Together, we wrote letters for Point of Pride, an organization dedicated to helping the most vulnerable members of the community feel seen and supported. Their mission is to provide life-saving health and wellness services to those facing barriers— something we wholeheartedly believe in. These letters will be discreetly mailed alongside support packages, offering affirmation and encouragement to trans folks who are often navigating isolation and challenges. In a world where it’s easy to feel overlooked, a simple, kind letter from a stranger can be a beacon of hope. It’s an expression of love and solidarity that can remind someone that they are worthy, seen, and not alone. At its core, this act is about spreading joy—because sometimes, the most powerful thing we can give someone is the gift of feeling understood. 💌✨ #community #teamwork #inclusion Stacy Smith Kayla Miranda Kirsten Johnson

Meet Our Swooner | Jenna, Client Partner Where do you call home? Wisconsin How long have you been with Swoon? 3 years! What does your day-to-day look like? "I am essentially the midway point between departments and am the face of Swoon for our MSP partners. It’s my job to be the subject matter expert for my clients and their needs to make sure I can help guide our internal teams toward success and stronger partnerships.” Why do you Swoon? “I “Swoon” because it’s pretty rare to find a workplace where you can truly rely on anyone, even outside of your own team. But at Swoon, I know that my team and leaders are reliable, hardworking, and even just plain fun people to be around who love what they do. It’s inspiring to be part of a company where you can lean on one another while building meaningful relationships with our clients and candidates.” What do you like to do outside of work? “I’m a bit of a D&D nerd! I currently have 3-4 active games going on with some of my closest friends each week and love crafting new stories/adventures together to unwind in my free time.”
