In most orgs, it can be hard to justify product qualities that are hard to measure or don't impact growth. 🤔 But your team likely has dozens of ways to make your product more fun, joyous, and delightful! 👾 Pick 1 or 2 and insist that they happen! Then ask these 2 questions… ❶ How can we make this so striking that people can't help but talk about it? True virality boils down to word of mouth. So create experiences that are so striking, so compelling, and so worthy of attention that your users can't help but talk about it! 📢 ❷ How can we build things users don't have to remember to use? We use RICE to score features: Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort. The problem is usually reach: most users will not use most features. So focus on features users don't have to remember to use. Those are gold! 🏆 #startups #product #design #productdesign

On average, it takes three emails to schedule one meeting. That’s three emails that are written, edited, sent, and read for every meeting scheduled — not to mention the time it takes for everybody to check their calendars and resolve any conflicts. Scheduling is slow, expensive, and time consuming. That's why we are thrilled to announce Share Availability — the fastest way to schedule meetings that work for you, your team, and everybody else! Stay in flow ✨ Just select the times you're free, and we'll add them — as well as a booking link — to your email. You’ll no longer have to switch apps, so you can stay focused and in flow. You’ll also eliminate all the back-and-forth, saving time for everybody. Stay in sync 🤝 If you’re scheduling with your team, you can select times that also work for them. And if anybody’s schedule changes, the available times update. You’ll never double book — or be double booked — again. Stay in control 💪 Some meetings are very important and should take priority over everything else. Just check Ignore conflicts, and we’ll make sure VIPs see all the times you select. Internal meetings will no longer block customers, candidates, or investors. How is this different? 👀 Unlike Outlook and Gmail, available times update as schedules change. Unlike Gmail, you can schedule with your team. And unlike Calendly, you can schedule with your team even if they don’t have an account. When writing an email, just hit Cmd+Shift+A (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+A (Windows). To learn more, check out our blog post (linked in the comments).
