His expertise in client-specific systems and processes is highly valued, with surrounding sites requesting his guidance for training new account managers. Congratulations to Jeffery Keaty on his promotion! Jeffery was promoted to Regional Manager of the growing San Francisco region in October 2024. Having joined Sunstates Security as an Operations Manager in July 2022, Jeffery brings over a decade of experience in the customer service and transportation industries. His strong work ethic and leadership skills, honed through various roles, have positioned him for success in this new role. During his two-year tenure at Sunstates, Jeff gained valuable experience in operations management. Prior to joining Sunstates, he served as a Regional Operations Manager for five years, overseeing a team of over 150 employees. His responsibilities included sales operations, payroll management, recruitment, scheduling, and client satisfaction. Additionally, he handled administrative tasks such as work-related injury reports, accident reports, and expense claims. Additionally, Jeffery served over four years in the U.S. Army as an 11 Bravo Infantry. Primarily stationed at Fort Lewis/McChord in Tacoma, WA, he served two combat deployments in Afghanistan, conducting counter-terrorism operations. A graduate of Keiser University, Jeffery obtained his bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security. Well done, Officer Gary Newton of the Cincinnati region. During his patrol, he demonstrated exceptional vigilance when he detected the smell of natural gas. His quick response, informing the shift lead and safety personnel, ultimately led to the fire department confirming a gas leak. Our teams across the country showed their holiday spirit in amazing ways, from a toy drive with the client in Chicago to delivered popcorn in California and Denver, cookies in South Florida, site visits filled with goodies and holiday outfits in Dallas, thoughtful gifts in Indiana and Memphis, TN, topped off with dessert cooked by CFO Robert Thurman combined with community coat drive for the corporate office. This winter season, Sunstates Security proudly again supported The Salvation Army Wake County for the annual "Coats for Children" drive held by WRAL. This vital campaign provides warm winter coats and clothing to children in need throughout the Triangle region.    Thanks to the generosity of donors, including a contribution from Sunstates Security presented by CEO Denis Kelly during the December 20th telethon, WRAL successfully raised a substantial amount of money to provide essential winter items for those in need.   The success of initiatives like this relies on the support of the community.
