We’re excited to welcome Dr. Bhavin Sonani, M.D., MsPH, CPE, as the new Chief Medical Officer at Summit Healthcare Consulting. Dr. Sonani will oversee resident care across all Summit skilled nursing facilities in Illinois, working closely with medical directors and staff to ensure the highest standards of care, while also leading training initiatives and consulting on resident cases. With extensive experience in patient care, Dr. Sonani also serves as the Department Chair of Internal Medicine at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, Illinois, and as a hospitalist at Vituity. He owns Central Illinois SNF Care, a skilled nursing medical organization. Dr. Sonani holds a Doctor of Medicine degree, a Master of Science in Public Health, and a Certified Physician Executive (CPE) designation. We’re thrilled to have Dr. Sonani join our leadership team and look forward to the positive impact he will bring to our residents and staff. 👏
