Located on 54 acres of lush pastureland, the Pennsylvania Barn Residence is inspired by Switzer barns (which were first popularized throughout Pennsylvania in the early 19th century), with their unique cantilevered designs. A variation of the Stick style, this 4,800-square-foot Victorian in Sewickley has been restored to its peak grandeur after Studio St. Germain executed a comprehensive interior renovation.
