Since we do not own any of the properties we manage, our success is a testament to the quality of service we extend to clients, residents, employees and vendors. Our sole focus is multi-family management which includes but is not limited to due diligence, lease up, rehabilitation and receivership services. We have developed a strong foundation, enabling us to respond to clients needs quickly and efficiently. Over the years we have adapted to meet the challenges of today's competitive marketplace by constantly exploring innovative ideas and pioneering new ways to serve our residents and clients. The Stout-managed portfolio is comprised of 60 multi-family apartments with approximately 11,000 units throughout the Las Vegas Valley and includes a team of talented management professionals who are experts in adding value to assets through day to day supervision and long term strategic planning. Our diverse client base includes lenders, receivers, sole owners, homeowner associations, pension funds, private partnerships and foreign investors.
