Just in time for the Christmas break… Stevensons Developments are incredibly pleased to announce that contracts have been exchanged via an option agreement on this superb development opportunity in Camberley in Surrey to BlackOnyx Group Stevensons Developments approached the owners in May of 2024 and following exceptionally strong interest in the land with multiple bids submitted, a sale was agreed to Aaron Liney of BlackOnyx Group who as always was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The land which is currently occupied by a single detached house will now be split with the view to creating a bespoke development scheme on the remaining 0.32 acres. Stevensons Developments would also like to thank the solicitors who were involved in this transaction. This exchange marks the second exchange of the year with Aaron Liney and BlackOnyx Group! The Surrey Property Awards is the regions most prestigious property event and is attended by the very best of the best in the Surrey property industry so to end the evening by winning the award is an incredibly proud moment for me. Despite this being an individual award there are many people who have helped and supported me along my journey to this point and I am incredibly grateful to them all.
