  • What does Ryan Magarian, the mastermind behind Oven & Shaker, think about opening a Portland International Airport (PDX) location with SSP America? We sat down with him to find out. Ryan said, “It’s always hard to let go of the reigns, but SSP America has done a great job honoring the concept and bringing as much of the street side experience as possible to the PDX location. I grew up in Portland, and having something that I helped create at the airport is really exciting. It’s an honor.” We’re honored to work with Ryan as well and agree with his assessment that Oven & Shaker brings an elevated twist on pizza, cocktails, and vibes to PDX.
