Understanding "Seed Phrases" 🔏 This group of 12 to 24 words acts as a backup for your crypto wallet. Let's learn about what they are and why they matter! They are randomly sequenced from a list of 2048 words. These seed phrases act as a human-readable representations of your wallet's root private key. 🔑 When a user sets up a wallet for the first time, a seed phrase is generated. This guarantees that you can still get to your crypto assets even if the wallet interface is misplaced or erased. Your passphrase, when combined in the correct sequence, can unlock access to all the accounts and addresses associated with your root private key. Just like your private key, your seed phrase is all someone needs to get access to your funds, so make sure to protect it! 🦺 Fun Fact: A seed phrase for can be loaded into any wallet that supports the blockchain associated with the root key - they are blockchain specific, not wallet interface specific. Let us take a look: 📤 Batch NFT transfers This new feature enables you to send hundreds of NFTs in a single transaction from your Squads account. Additionally, every batch NFT transfer displays all the NFTs going out, so you can easily double-check which NFTs are being withdrawn. ⚡ Quick navigation between Squads accounts For those managing multiple Squads multisigs, our new sidebar allows you to easily switch between your accounts, pin your favorites and see your Pro accounts at a glance. 👜 Batch actions for transactions Processing multiple transactions one by one can be overwhelming. To save time and effort, Squads now supports batch actions, allowing you to: - Approve, - Reject, - or Cancel multiple transactions in one click. We recently released the Squads Backup Kit: http://backup.squads.so A suite of tools providing multiple options for Squads users to access their assets in any situation: • A minimal open-source UI - that can be forked and locally hosted by anyone to interact with their assets • CLI - users can interact with their assets through their computer terminal for quick access • SDK - enabling users to build their own UI and interact with their assets Security of assets is our number one priority and while we maintain our main app, this emergency kit is our bid to avoid a single point of failure for users if the Squads app becomes inaccessible for a long period.
