In 2017, Elanco began its East Africa Growth Accelerator (EAGA) initiative with the goal of providing affordable veterinary products and information to farmers in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. The EAGA has enabled hundreds of thousands of small-scale dairy and poultry farmers to protect livestock from disease using Elanco products. This success led to the launch of a second initiative called Managing Animal Health and Acaricides for a Better Africa (MAHABA). Not only have healthy farm animals supported Africa, the world poultry meat production soared from 9 to 142 million tons between 1961 and 2023, and egg production shot up from 15 to 93 million tons. Poultry meat represents almost 40 percent of global meat production. SQA is proud to support Clients such as Elanco by complementing their strategic initiatives and SQA appreciates the opportunity to partner with Elanco to provide Quality Assurance services for vet-related services.

SQA’s corporate team celebrated its Q3 results on Halloween! Quarter 3 performance showed SQA has had the privilege to complement (and appreciate!) our client partners by executing supplier/site audits, source inspection, and supplier improvement solutions.

After nearly 50 years, four astronauts will make history as the first crewed mission to the Moon with NASA's Artemis II. This ten-day mission, utilizing NASA's super heavy-lift rocket, the Space Launch System (SLS), and the Orion spacecraft, marks the second flight of the Artemis program. The groundbreaking mission aims to orbit the Moon and set the stage for future Artemis missions, including landing the first woman and next man on the lunar surface. SQA source inspection programs play a crucial role in supporting manufacturing partners by visually inspecting and minimizing flaws. Our innovative automated tablet-based inspection application enhances speed and ensures optimal results in the quality process.
