We are proud to share that Spot On Talent's Founder and CEO, Cindy Strand Yared, participated in the 2024 Serengeti Girls Run—a transformative event celebrating strength, community, and empowerment. Over three days and 39 miles, fourteen women ran through Tanzania's breathtaking Serengeti to support programs empowering girls through education, mentorship, and life skills. Funds raised directly supported scholarships, sanitary supplies, and other initiatives breaking barriers for young women in local communities. With the holidays quickly approaching, having a plan to keep your team engaged is crucial. In the U.S., about a third of employees are winding down by mid-month, and by December 20, you can expect a whopping 70% of employees to be clicking off. Some of our favorite tips to help employees stay engaged: 1. Set clear and specific goals to keep your team on track. 2.
